Last Friday 13 May, we celebrated our top performing academic students at our annual NCEA Excellence Breakfast.
This event recognises Year 12 and 13 students who achieved Excellence Endorsements for NCEA Level 1 and 2 in 2021.
Students gathered in the school hall for a delicious breakfast, and took inspiration from ex-student Isaac Morunga. Isaac spoke about his time at HHS and his remarkable journey to become Microsoft’s Sales Excellence Manager for Small & Medium Business (Australia and New Zealand) at the age of just 23.
Congratulations to our high achievers, we are sure you will continue to replicate this success in 2022 and beyond!
Thanks again Isaac for taking the time to share your knowledge and insights with our students and sharing this whakatauki to inspire them to step out of their comfort zones.
