This year’s theme for Cook Islands Language Week was Ātuitui’ia au ki te Oneone o tōku ‘Ui Tupuna, which means, “Connect me to the soil of my ancestors”. It was great for our students to share their ‘Cook Island-ness’ with all of us at lunchtime on Monday, including music, games and dancing.
We love having so many different cultures here at Henderson High School!
