We’re thrilled to share our second story from Outward Bound.
Aria recently returned from her journey, where a four-hour solo camp and a steep 400m climb helped her discover just how resilient she really is. Reflecting on her time away, Aria shared, “I discovered that I am much more capable than I thought… knowing that growth comes from stepping outside what feels comfortable.”
From forming special bonds with her group to gaining confidence for school and beyond, Aria’s experience reminds us why opportunities like this matter so much for our young people at Henderson.
