We were stoked to have HHS Alumni James Balston back with us to celebrate our 2025 NCEA high achievers. James is currently crushing it in his 2nd year of Law at @universityofauckland, ranking in the top tier of his cohort with a ‘Top in Course’ award to his name!
His advice to our students? Get comfortable being uncomfortable. James reflected on how getting involved in everything from debating to music at HHS gave him the grit to succeed at the highest level.
